Nathan Lichte
President & CEO

Nathan is a talented and dedicated senior IT solution consultant with over 20 years of experience conceptualizing and directing profitable business development infrastructure and automation projects.

He has a deep awareness of e-commerce best practices, established and emerging data management / CRM infrastructures, and business analysis. He is an innovative project leader with a talent for integrating and optimizing accounting, marketing, and sales systems.

Nathan’s fresh approach to solving difficult IT challenges has helped him become a trusted and preferred partner to his clients in Medical, High-Tech, Telecommunications, Non-Profit, Intelligence, Government and Defense.

A native of Colorado, and a former active duty Marine, Nathan holds a BS degree in Business/Entrepreneurship from Colorado State University in Fort Collins.

Robin Benson, BSN, RN
Practice Lead - Healthcare

Robin is an experienced leader in healthcare with over 15 years experience in Healthcare settings including Direct Patient care, Care Coordination, Case Management Electronic Medical Records(EMR), Claims Processing, Audits and Appeals.

She leverages her strong background to provide best practices in Revenue Cycle Management for Healthcare Providers and Insurance Companies. As the lead of the Healthcare team at Avant Avenue, she focuses on Process, Workflows, System development and User Experience (UX) design. Processes designed by her are in use daily at major healthcare providers in Colorado and the West.

Robin’s approach is Patient Centered while balancing the needs of the provider network and payers.

A native of Colorado, Robin holds an BS in Nursing from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She also maintains her Registered Nurse License through the State of Colorado.
